Sometimes your customers have problems, and I know you make the most to be here. However, you sometimes have the habit of not being here when a real problem accures. For example, 3-4 customers complain about the same thing for a long period of time and NO staff member is on. Does that mean you're short on staff?
I say rather hire more people, or at least give us a response. We're sometimes blind over here and that frustrates us.
Other than that, I can't think of anything else that may improve hostony.
