It always happens this way. CPanel is recovered and after a few minutes databases are back.
I have a lot of experience on this. Sad but true.
35 minutes and service is not back yet...

PLEASE FIX THIS INMEDIATELY, it is already 42 minutes since MySQL is down and all my customers are complaining because of the service!!!
With this stability at MySQL server is really hard to keep a Reseller business at Hostony!!! Is it possible to change to a different server with less downtimes???

Already 57 minutes and I don't get an answer here or at AIM.
Where is tech & supp staff???
Red Blaze

I've already submitted a support ticket. Why is not ONE staff member on? You're not short on Staff, are you? And this question's been asked before and I ask it again because I don't know the answer... Why don't we see the same amount of problems here on these boards? >.>;

This must be the worst day I've seen here on Hostony. I'm going to be gone for about a hour or so. If this hasn't be resolved by then, I will demand for you to do something about it.

Also for me, after 1 hour and 10 minutes.
HOSTONY: Three days with the same situation. What is the problem? What are you going to do to avoid these downtimes?
Please, answer this

looks like there is a mysql flooding scripts that create too many mysql persistent connections
We'll try to find it(them).
