Ticket: {HS-10384} was never replied to from about 3 days ago.

Regarding a new credit card to be put on file, since my other one is no longer valid.

I've got the same problem, got this email:

Dear Customer,

Your CC is expired. You need to visit the billing panel
at https://secure.hostony.com and update your credit
card details within next 3 days. If you fail to this
your account will be suspended.


Ticket 10412, still waiting for a reply
