Over the past week I have had a problem that I opened a trouble ticket for. It seems that I lost all my parked domains, email addresses, subdomains, and mysql databases from my Cpanel. BUT all the sites and databases are still active and alive.

Looking into it, my server for my main domain is server11, but all the parked domains point to server10, where I used to be.

Support has been looking at this for a week now, and don't seem to understand what needs to be done to correct whatever happened.

Or maybe I am not explaining what my problem is very well

I've replied to the ticket... it seems to be be getting stranger by the day. But Im sure we will work it out.
