Since I started services with Hostony about 4 weeks ago I ONLY got problems. The server crashed twice in 48 hours then to my horror "something" went terribly wrong one morning as my page wasn't accessible: Hostony changed my server and didn't move my files or tell me...

Now, since more than 1 week I can't send emails as my ip is blacklisted!!!!! I went online on ICQ and someone from technical support told me: " we are inquiring". Well, it's more than a week now that they are enquiring and my business is suffering. I didn't do any mass mailing or anything. Whenever i send an email i get this reply:

I am sure I'm not the only one in such situation. Can someone from Hostony explain what's happening and WHEN this will be resolved?
