After moving and deleting files using C-Panel's File Manager, the site's file structure seems to be frozen on the web.
I've tried uploading files, and creating new ones... they do not work.
I've tried deleting files on the server... they still run when accessed on the web.
It's like there's two different servers, and everythings messed up. I can't just re-upload my site because the files I delete still show up.
