I cannot login and I get "service unavailable" everytime I try to connect with FTP.

I also have time-outs on my site too.

And my site keeps going down, up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down up etc....

Any help?

Quite strange.
I restart my computer and my connection goes so blazing fast

Edit- Now I am getting "service unavailable" again in FTP and my connection is fast.
Any help?
