Just a question on what came of this.
As a result of the down time, and to make up for it, Alec was posting about upgrades and such. I really can't recall the details of the post, if it did include details or not, but I just remember a bunch of, give us 4 days.
Anyways, I really don't care about the increase in quota's and such, but more concerned about if we are being moved or not. If so, can we get some hints on when this may happen?
As mentioned before, I signed up about 3 days before the crash, and even after it's been back up, I'm having non-stop intermittent problems. Mostly SQL database connections errors. It's getting pretty annoying. I did put in tickets, but it happens at least once a day, and usually more than once a day.
Anyways, please let me/us know. Also, a heads up on when, so I can back my stuff up before hand.

Just moving Server or moving completely everything ?
We move only clients data.

Yes, we send a warning letters to clients when we move their accounts.

Yes. I see that I got the mail... and my sites were moved. I put in the DNS changes...
Ironically enough, after all the server 'resets', my contact email in the cpanel was changed... blah. no point in complaining.
