Could you tell us why you are holding off? And, about when you forsee that the upgrade will be coming?

I had asked this question before myself but in a support ticket. My answer was that it was still not stable, but if it is in full release now, what is the slowdown..

Also you phpbb forum was not the latest & greatest either, but I upgraded that myself since I was doing a lot of custom work, and did not want to have to redo it a 2nd time.

I am learning PHP from a 5.0 book, luckily I have not hit code that will not work, but I am sure it will just be a matter of time.
