and it's not emailing me the info like it says it will ... what do i do ?

you might have to put in a ticket. If you were one of the ones effected by the crash, your site is probably updated. When they updated mine, I had to re-enter where to direct my email.

If you have lost where the email should be directed AND cannot remember your password, chances are you are going to have to prove to someone you are who you say you are, in order to get them to help.

Possibly billing will have your email or ccard info, and they match you up that way.
