My SQL DB's and therefore my PHP sites have gone, will these be coming back?

P.S.
I've tried registering using support from the home page but it's saying incorrect username / pword even when I cut and paste from the support email.

the main two were an oscommerce shop db and a phpnuke news site and message board.

The php scripts and webpages still exist, they are located in the bnshop and battlenet subdirectories, I do not know exactly what the databases were named.

unfortunately all(except one) of the updates that I'd made to both dbs have vanished, I'd part populated the shop and added news and forums to the nuke site.

It looks like an older version has been restored.

*sigh* this is getting annoying.

I opened the trouble ticket, and now they are back...

Mine are missing now... getting a connection error:

My sites are down too. I'm missing all three databases. I don't even see them in the Cpanel.

This is not good, once again... I just finished up doing work at 2am last night. This is killing me.

Ok... now it's back up. But I know it was down for at least an hour. I would like to know what happened. Please do not insult me with fluff.

This is still a problem, will it be resolved or will I have to recreate the databases?

I've now started recreating the dbs, DO NOT restore over them.
