My secure order forms on my websites are continually going down and I am getting complaints from customers time after time who can't place orders.
I have contacted support now numerous times with this problem and it seems to be temporarily fixed but then the next day it is down again.

What is the problem with the HTTPS secure forms, why are they going down all the time.

I need these links up 24 hours per day to capture orders.
Could someone please look into this situation.

None of these are working.

Please some look into this problem as it becoming a real pain in the butt.

You should know that servers have down-times.

Not all sites stay up every second of the day.

I have experienced down-times a lot today and know its a problem but they are fixing it.

You don't have to yell, just explain your problem.

All you are doing is causing a fuss.

But I would say that the sites are down.

Please don't tell me what I should think or do as I am trying to operate a business and can't afford to lose customers.

This has happened now time and time again and there is obviously a problem.
I am not addressing it to you nor am I yelling, I am addressing a point that needs to be addressed!

I know sites go down from time to time, but week after week the same thing!

Please don't reply where you are not needed.
Dark Hedgehog
Sorry to reply.

But I see you are saying since you have a business, you are all god-like and powerful and deserve more respect than anything, just because something is wrong.

If you just wait for an answer, Hostony staff will be there soon.

And to be honest, I see more replies here than tickets get, strangely enough.

I don't want an argument nor flame of this matter.

All I am saying is to just wait.
Hostony has quick responses.

Problem was solved via e-mail.

You must work for this company or something!

No I am not god-like, what a lame reply!

I am just an average business owner like everyone else trying to make a dollar and it helps if the service being presented is reliable.

Once again this morning all of my order forms are down again.

Don't bother replying I am in search for another host as I just can't have this kind of down time, its just crazy.

We apologize for the problems caused by https outage. Now we are finishing development a monitoring system which includes port 443 activity monitoring.

P.S. Dark Hedgehog is not our employee. Maybe later smile.gif

Um, to let you know, downtime is going to be a thing that will always happen.

I am not trying to make you mad nor hurt you.
All I am saying is that you are going to face the same exact thing everywhere you go.

And you are indeed acting like you are god of the world, you said exactly what I expected you to say, if not all.

And as it was said, and I said, your problems were fixed just as Alec said.

So give it a rest, not "everyone" is perfect, eh?

I am sorry to question you Alec, I couldn't comprehend that well.

Can you explain that to me please?
