Does Hotony have phpMyAdmin or any other GUI for accessing mysql databases?

Yes. Phpmyadmin is available on both windows and linux hosting

This is good news for me. I was under the impression that phpMyAdmin was only available for the Linux hosting package, which seemed odd. I would suggest that the phpMyAdmin component be added to the list of features for the Windows hosting as well, then (as it is currently only shown as a feature of the Linux hosting at Hostony).
