Hi,
I recently set up an account with Hostony, and you/they told me it would be ready within 24 hours. It is now 72 hours later, my domain has been registered, but have had no contact in being told how to access the cPanel. Is there something I'm missing?

No information was received, just an email to confirm that my order had been processed.

The domain is: www.demonixell.net

Account info was sent to davidlettice<at>hotmail.com.
If you have another email account please provide us with it and we'll duplicate the account info there.

The email was not received then if this is the case. (Just to confirm, that is the correct email address.)
Would it be possible to have it sent again or would I need to give you an additional email address?
