I have setup a new domain and would like to park it to the current one.

In my Cpanel, I see that Parked Domains shows 0/0 and Add On Domains 0/0.

I am told by support that this is an additional features, not included in my PROFI plan, and so should be paid for.

However the website states quite clearly that you can park unlimited domains to your hosted domain. I can read this at http://www.hostony.com/hosting.html

Unfortunately I cannot get a straight answer from support.

How should I proceed to activate this functionality?

Yes, unlimited parked domains are included in profi plan.

Please open a trouble ticket and notify your domain name, then we'll fix it

How funny, I just ran into this problem. The help desk has not had a chance to to fix it for me, but I'll be happy to post my ticket number here if it'll expedite the enabling of domain parking.
