Is someone willing to make a layout for me?

I don't want it to look company wise or customer service like.

Its a community site for fans of Sonic and I need a black-white theme for it.

The site is rated "G" for all audiences and if anyone is willing to make one, I would appreciate it.

I need it kind of anime like, relaxing and really easy to navigate.
