Just a small pointer to everyone reporting problems with mail:

If the problem is with a particular message, make sure to include Full Message Headers with your trouble ticket. Copying the email is nowhere near good enough.

Full message headers give the support technician a detailed path of the history of the message. With a little knowledge, this can aid the troubleshooting process immensely.

To obtain full message headers with Horde:

• Locate the message in your message list
• Open the message
• Click the 'Message Source' link (in between 'black list' and 'save as')
• Copy and paste the entire contents of the message source window into your trouble ticket.

To obtain full message headers with Neomail

• Locate the message in your message list
• Open the message
• Click the 'All Headers' link (on the left-hand side, near the top)
• Copy and paste the message headers & body into your trouble ticket

To obtain full message headers with Squirrelmail

• Locate the message in your message list
• Open the message
• Click the 'View Full Header' link (Under the address information)
• Copy and paste the message header into your trouble ticket

To obtain full message headers with Microsoft Outlook (tested on 2003)

• Locate the message in your message list
• double-click the message to open it in it's own window
• from the 'View' menu, select 'Options ...'
• Copy and paste the message headers from the bottom frame into your trouble ticket

If you provide this information your request should be able to be attended to in a much more timely manner.
