Server grinding to a halt.

I am sure they are working to resolve it.

It only took a few days of wonderful stability for Server 21 to become
unusable again. I am seeing it crash at least once per hour now with
huge server loads.

It appears to be the work of one customer. Can you please educate
or remove the person who is taking over this server. There are hundreds
of us who need it.

MySQL back. But is anyone going to tell us why it went down again and what you are doing to stop it from doing so in the future? Please, not another reply that just says "Fixed" - that doesn't help anyone.

Oh yeah, standard reply number 4 "we investigate", and then there is never any follow up. I won;t hold my breath for an answer then.

In the meantime, there are still four flashing red lights on the server status...

MySQL doesn't work for me, but I am sure we will be back. I have had the past week free from any downtime.

Pardon me if I sound like an idiot, but I'm probably small potatoes*** compared to anyone else who uses this place and I don't really understand what this means:

Sorry about asking dumb questions, but I really want to learn.

And what the heck does it mean when it says Disk 97% or even 80%?

We have found the mysql loader.
His account has been suspended.
MySQL is ok now.

MySQL is down for me as well. It says I have too many connections and when I log into CPanel, it says that I have no MySQL databases.

Seems to be back up...

As for me it's ok now.

but it was down.

i'm not asking if it's okay now, i'm wondering why it was down before.

Server 21

This pattern of huge server load followed by crashing of exim or mysql
is becoming an irritation. There is still someone abusing the server.
