Hello? Anybody home? No answer in nearly 24 hours. No stats update in nearly 96 hours. This problem has repeated regularly on at least 8-9 occasions.

Umm....no. I still get stats from Sept 20th at 13:42.

I find it strange you guys keep saying "fixed" "problem solved" when sometimes its not.

You should try asking if it was solved rather than ending it saying its solved when its not.

Seems kind of....sketchy to me.

My webalizer stats have not been updated since Sept 11th.

Our account was "suspended" Friday for 3 hours without any explanation whatsoever.

Is this how you treat all your customers?

If your stats are incorrect please submit a ticket or send us a mail.
You see if your site has a lot of visitors stats system can work incorrectly sometimes.
