okay, my site at http://www.riotpix.com has been slow all day today.

i would write support but the non-answer answers i get are ridiculious. for example: "should be fine now"

yes, it may be fine now, but it wasn't when i wrote my ticket, and i need to know WHY and WHAT is being done to fix it. not just that it's okay for that second that the tech checked it out.

now it isn't just on my end, because my users... (read THIS THREAD ) have been experiencing it as well.

Please give me something concrete.

I'm having the same problem with server and support. The support here is very bad! 99% uptime they say, and i know for a fact it hasnt.

I hope they fix the servers, and not be like "here are the pings that i just pinged your server RIGHT NOW"

Please sign a peition who ever are having the same problems. Thanks.

experiencing major lag now.

Here's another thread started by a user of mine in ANOTHER STATE, that says they are experiencing it too. Please note how she says "it made everyone leave ".

yes, my users are LEAVING because of this. what is going on?!?!!?
