okay, my site at http://www.riotpix.com has been slow all day today.
i would write support but the non-answer answers i get are ridiculious. for example: "should be fine now"
yes, it may be fine now, but it wasn't when i wrote my ticket, and i need to know WHY and WHAT is being done to fix it. not just that it's okay for that second that the tech checked it out.
now it isn't just on my end, because my users... (read THIS THREAD ) have been experiencing it as well.
Please give me something concrete.
