I now have two addon domains up and running (thanks to the help I received here), but it's very odd that my main domain donaghe.biz, which has a folder with the index.html "donaghe" will not come up when I do http://www.donaghe.biz. Instead the parent folder and all those other files still shows up (the public_html). Should there not be a folder called "donaghe" where I store the web pages?

If I go: http://www.donaghe.biz/donaghe/index.html then the website shows up.

So what blind dumb thing am I not doing?

For your main account, just put the index.html file in the public_html directory. You don't need to make a separate folder donaghe for it.
