My account is billed on the 23rd of each month to my credit card which is attached to my bank account. This month my deopsit will not occur until late on the 23rd and may possibly be after you attemtp to charge my account. Does your billing company automatically retry charging the account after 24 hours, or do I need to email billing about this issue.

If you signed up through 2checkout.com then they will be retrying each day for first 5 days and then each second day forr 20 days.
In case you signed up through us directly you have to email billing@hostony.com because we bill only once and then wait for the card to be updated.
