Exist some fee in your affiliate programs for the domains registration ?
(like im a reseller, and if i refer to you my hosting clients who need buy a .com,.net,.org domain)

No, there is no.
Only for discount payment for hosting.
But, you can ask about this at billing@hostony.com
Maybe they will give such kind of discount for you.
