i currenly have a reseller account with a different ISP - if i get a reseller account with Hostony - will the only thing i have to do is move the files over? the nameservers will stay the same - correct? - currently the NameSErvers are ns.mydomainname.com and ns2.mydomainname.com.

Will each of the accounts i currenly host have to change thier DNS records?
Serge
If you want to move your customers with no downtime things are not so easy.

1. You need to get ips for your nameservers from us.

2. Copy or create all records for your domains in your new nameservers (on our ips) BEFORE you actually switch your nameservers to our ips. All records should point to your old reseller account.

3. Transfer your nameservers to our ips.

3. Start moving your customers' files domain by domain. Once everything is moved switch DNS record for the domain to our ip.

4. When all your customers are moved you can cancel your old account.
