I have some doubts with Addon Domain Maintenance from CPanel. This section states that "Addon Domains are domain names that point to subdirectories within your account" and in order to define it, the following information is requested:

New Domain Name:
Username/directory/subdomain Name:
Password:

I want to point a domain name to http://67.15.16.19/~tresuves/account/index.php
and I have tried several times but I always get this error:

QUOTE
The subdomain, tresuves.tresuvesdobles.com has been added.

You do not have access to park on top of tresuves

The subdomain, tresuves.tresuvesdobles.com has been removed.

newdomain.com could not be setup. The subdomain tresuves/newdomain.tresuvesdobles.com was not setup either.

General account information shows that I have addon domains left to use, so I don't understand the reason for this error. My questions:
1. Should I create a subdomain first?
2. Should I include http://www. in the domain name?
3. What should I include as "Username/directory/subdomain Name"?
4. Where is a password needed?

Thanks for your answers

Please go to http://support.hostony.com and submit a request about this issue.
Also please tell me at the ticket the password for your account. I need it to test adding of addon domain at your control panel.
