There was a CPanel upgrade and this script was marked as insecure.
Please use another script as counter.
You can find a lot of scripts at http://hotscripts.com
Also these scripts are more modern.

I see at your link and find somes links, but how to implant it. By signing with the hosting, I sign for a service. If your CGI script is unsecure, do you plan to propose another one ????

Sorry, but a lot of scripts can be marked as insecure during some long period.
That is the reason of disabling them.
Our security policy deny any security hole or possibility of it.
