All of my websites have been offline since 4pm EST. It is currently 1:16am EST.
I really would like to know what is going on and why I have been down so long and if I am going to be credited for the downtime or what? I have never had this problem before and I have a lot of angry people attacking me with why their site is down and I have nothing to tell them and no way to get it back up myself! PLEASE ADVISE ASAP
