You can use:
http://domain.com:2082 instead of http://domain.com/cpanel
http://domain.com:2086 instead of http://domain.com/whm
http://domain.com:2095 instead of http://domain.com/webmail

If you want to use secure connections just add 1 to port number, e.g.

https://domain.com:2083 for control panel.
