I don't get a word to define the performance provided. I pay for a service and I look for a quality. But, who pays for my unsatisfied users and for all the headaches I am having because of the continous downtimes???
Now 67.15.16.19 is answering to pings but my pages there do not load. This is really terrible.
What I want is not only a solution, but also an EXPLANATION and a real path for improvement with dates when these problems will be definitely solved!!!
