i recently create the account claudiop for macaronline.com.ar in whm

a few minutes later y receive an over quota alert by mail

!?!?!

i go to the user cpanel and:

Disk usage 216.31 Megabytes
SQL Disk usage 0.00 Megabytes
Disk space available -196.31 Megabytes

?

so i go to "Disk Usage":

public_html             0.03 Meg
public_ftp                0.01 Meg
mail                        0.00 Meg
.trash                      0.00 Meg


so, where is the 216mb ?? im sure the user dont upload 216mb in the last minutes smile.gif

please give me a solution soon for that, is a new client and i don't want he start with problems.

I terminate the account, and create it again, and the problem persist.
i have never seen that.

We are still investigating it. Quota is fixing now and it may process for about an hour. It it is very urgent try to recreate this account with another username

Hum... now in my WHM, in the List Accounts page, i see ALL my accounts with

Quota: unlimited and Space Used = 0.
The only different is macaronline.com.ar with the 216mb of space used.

May be it will change with the

ok, i recreate the account and now is ok.

the only, i loose the quota settings for all the other accounts, now is all set to "unlimited".

i will need to modify all quotas again.

i create it now, and start with 216mb used.

i send you by email to support@hostony.com from mblendinger@ubp.edu.ar the output from creation script in whm.

please fix this soon.

i can't re-create the account, my client is currently using it, i need you fix this error don't touching the client data :S

LOOK, now im looking in my whm list accounts, and the space used from mbalatina.com.ar is now correct. I think you fix the problem.

I create a new account, and Confirmed, the problem is solved, all ok now.
