This occurred at my other host too.

Apparently, this certain user, which I try emailing it, my email ALWAYS fails to send to him.

Here is the message I get after sending him email:

Mailbox of your recipient is full, so it can't receive your mails and Hotmail server generate bounce back message for you.
Tell him to flush messages in his mailbox and all be ok.

Then how is he able to send me emails? Hotmail does not allow you to email someone if their inbox is full.

Hotmail and any mailserver does not allow you to email someone if their inbox is full!

What's with the errors then?

He can email me, which you can't do that from hotmail if your inbox is full.

How come my mail fails to send then?

And I know you can't email if your inbox is full, but why can he?

He can't receive email if his mailbox is full because there is impossible to store the message. But he can send and it doens't depend on his diskspace quota. By the way, can you send email to another recipients within the same email box on our server?
