My customers can not send e-mails.

Having the same problem with server 23.
SMTP timing out.
Telnet to port 25 also times out.
IP [67.15.42.48]
C:\>telnet 67.15.42.48 25

nect failed

Sorry for this, we were just working with Exim configuration.
It is wirking now and stable.

Server 23 Still cannot connect via SMTP.

This was happening @ 4:30 PM EST from work
and still happen now 7:30 PM EST from home.
