mySQL not working on Server 21. Ho hum, I might as well set up a cron job to post every day that mysql is down, it would save time. Disk now flashing red light at 94%, and server load also flashing red lights. But of course, Hostonty don't overload their servers . . .

1. MySQL is working as I can see
2. Disk space usage is acceptable

Also backup system is still running and it is the reason of load average.
But load average is only 5.21 so it is not dangerously.

Yes, an hour later when you posted your response mySQL was working again. But why was it down before? This is happening every single day now.

It was overloaded by user and outage was 15 minutes.
The user was suspended.
