sorry just a few questions more:
- This is the one and only operation from jmiragaya@altatechnos.com to angel.rubio@dhl.com ? if it's from a date range, what range ?
- The Time(15:20:22) is the local time from the mail server(what GMT ?), or is the time from the client timezone ?
- He loose a mail from merino_fund@terra.es in the past week, no logs for an incoming mail from merino_fund@terra.es to @altatechnos.com ?
thanks in advance and sorry for spend your time, have a nice day.

1. No, there was a lot of operations. If you will tell me your e-mail address I'll forward you all of them (there are a lot of info and I don't want to post it at the forum as it contains IPs, addresses, etc)
2. It is local time of our server. All servers are running in GMT +0000 time zone.
3. No, there is no any e-mail from merino_fund@terra.es in our mail log. It means that mail wasn't even delivered to our server.
