Is the 3000mb of disk space a total for all 10 domains? Meaning 3000 / 10 = 300 mb each. Or is it 3000 mb for each daomain? Meaning 3000 mb X 10 = 30,000 mb.
Also, how does this work for bandwidth and mailing lists?

BW and disk quota is set for all your account inluding all addon domains. It can be 3000 / 10 = 300 mb or 3000 / 2 = 1500 or 3000 / 1 = 3000. It's just your choise.
