Is it possible to have the secure webmail for a directory. I always use domain.ext:2096 for the secure webmail, and I noticed that domain.ext/webmail also works, but unsecure. Is it possible to make that secure (or somehow redirect it to the proper port?)?

You can try to setup a redirection using .htaccess file.
