I put a welcome webpage (like placeholder default page for new clients) with the "skeleton" feature from whm.

Q: Exist some type of variables like %hostname% or something i can use in this page ?

i use a basic shtml page to do it

ok, so, the shtml extension are active for index files.
php too, but, is impossible to do it with just html files, right? (like embedding javascript or something)

you could with a javascript that just puts the HTTP Request Var in it only problem is if they request the ip/~folder it displays that :-/
