I am extremely unhappy with your service since the beginning of the new year. Your service has been poor first of all even if you did upgrade everyones accounts for christmas. MySQL and cgi is not working properly and running a business on your server in the near future makes me nervous because of all the problems i've been having. I can't seem to get Greymatter or any kind of script to install on this server without having some sort of problem. What is going on? Where's the excellent service I had a year ago?

If I am correct, I heard they are working on it.
