Yes, you can manage few mailboxes from one interface on "Yahoo Mail!" .

You can try Horde IMP, but it have complicated configuration and installation scripts.
just for the record:
I have installed an SquirrelMail in my account, and i have added the plugins fetch mail and gothotmail, now i can access all the pop accounts i want and also hotmail accounts just entering to my main email user with my own squirrelmail installation
i hope this information can be usefull for somebody in the future.
