I have a website, and we collect our own emails. We plan on sending emails from our private list. We do not sell or give out our emails. And we do not buy lists or take them from other sites.
Is this OK? When someone asks to be removed form our list, we remove it and delete it permanently. We don't want to get kicked off for sending our own subscriber lists.

As long as your customers signed up with the list themselves and we won't have numerous complaints about you spamming we canhost you.
Also your software should be well written because if you post all your mail (1000+ mails) at a time mailserver will overload the box.

So, in case your software is well written and mail list is real we can host you.
