A worker for my site needs the host address to login on my site.

Host address for mysql is localhost
How do you log in? Please clarify which host address do you need.

For FTP.
My site staff needs a login fot FTP on the Host address.

FTP hostname is your domain name.
Login and password were sent at your account activation e-mail (they are the same as your login and password for control panel if you have Linux hosting).
