Hi,

I'm interested in your Reseller Enterprise Plan. But before I make my decision I'd like for you to answer some questions:

1. Do you allow us to assign IP's to our customers and if so how much

2. Do you have a page where your clients can see the status of your servers (uptime, etc). And if so, is this monitoring done through an external server such as alertra?

3. What Cpanel skins do you have available and in what languages?

4. Do you offer customizable/brandable control panels?

5. Do you provive a Master FTP Account / Cpanel Account so that we could login to our client's directories and cpanels?

6. Does your CPANEL have awstats, hotlink protection and access to apache handlers

7. Do you have any pre-installed scripts that come along with your cpanel (fantastico, phpbb, phpnuke, etc etc)? And if so what? What about pre-installed cgi-scripts such as a counter, serach engine, etc?

8. Do you allow MS Frontpage Extensions?

9. Can we update our own software, apache, linux, etc ?

10. Can our users restore and create their own backups from their cpanel?

11. Do your servers support SSL and do you have a shared certificate / URL we could use for our clients?

12. Do you provide daily backups?

13. Do you provide support via email, online chat, AIM, Telephone ?

14. What's the longest period of time any of your servers have been down?

15. Are you a reseller?
16. How long have you been in business?
17. Do you allow real audio/video STREAMING on your servers
18. Do you have a moneyback guarantee

Ips can be assigned only per ARIN rules and ip use should be justified (SSL, nameservers)

2. Do you have a page where your clients can see the status of your servers (uptime, etc). And if so, is this monitoring done through an external server such as alertra?

No we don't have such page. We have our own monitoring system located on 2 external servers. And it produces much more infor than alerta about current server status.

3. What Cpanel skins do you have available and in what languages?
Xskin, BlueLagoon, Vertex

4. Do you offer customizable/brandable control panels?

Yes you can customize your Cpanel skin as you want or use commercial skins.


5. Do you provive a Master FTP Account / Cpanel Account so that we could login to our client's directories and cpanels?

No it is not possible with Cpanel. Only root user has such ability

6. Does your CPANEL have awstats, hotlink protection and access to apache handlers

Yes we have everything that has a standard cpanel and we constantly upgrading it when new releases are avaliable.

7. Do you have any pre-installed scripts that come along with your cpanel (fantastico, phpbb, phpnuke, etc etc)? And if so what? What about pre-installed cgi-scripts such as a counter, serach engine, etc?

8. Do you allow MS Frontpage Extensions?

yes

9. Can we update our own software, apache, linux, etc ?

No you cannot do it in shared environment. It can be done only on dedicated server.

10. Can our users restore and create their own backups from their cpanel?
No. We do backups ourselves and can restore account when needed

11. Do your servers support SSL and do you have a shared certificate / URL we could use for our clients?
Yes we support SSL. As for shared certificate here is a quote of my answer to other user.

No we don't provide shared SSL certificates. The idea of shared SSL is that authority vouch for the person SSL certificate issued to. They confirm that SSL certicate issued for certain person and if somebody sends any data via secure connection he can be 100% sure data is sent to the person mentioned in SSL certificate.

shared SSL misuse the idea of certificate and completely violates authorities AUPs. Once authority became aware about shared SSL provider they can revoke SSL certificate. That's why we don't offer shared SSL. However you can have self signed SSL generated at no fee if you just need a secure connection



12. Do you provide daily backups?
No. We ahve only weekly backups that are transfered to other datacenter. Daily backups would require enourmous amount of bandwidth if to transfer them to other datacenter.

13. Do you provide support via email, online chat, AIM, Telephone ?[b]

We provide support via email, trouble tickets, AIM, ICQ. No phone support.

2 hours.

15. Are you a reseller?

No

16. How long have you been in business?

Almost 2 years as web host.

17. Do you allow real audio/video STREAMING on your servers

Yes.

18. Do you have a moneyback guarantee

Yes we have 30 days money back guarantee.

No it ahs a lot of info our customers don't like to be released to the public. Like active usernames and paths, MySQL activity, etc.

3. How long does it usually take for you to setup accounts?
We usually setup accounts within 2-4 hours but reserve 24 hour period for account setup. As for reseller account you can setup your orders yourself from WHM as fast as you need it.

4. Do you have a knowledge base or documents/tutorials ?
We have WHM/Cpanel documentation.

5. How much are SSL Certificated to be installed?
They are installed for free.
