Hoping someone who's familiar with nuke can help me out.

People are trying to register on my site (www.6thgenaccord.com) but Nuke is sending them invalid registration links, and I keep getting lots of error emails kicked back to the admin email address. Anyone know how to fix this bug? Thanks
