Don't know if I am in the right place ... but

I ordered the profi plan, and I thought I was supposed to get my account information within 24hrs. Its been over 36 hrs since my order was accepted (i got an email), and now I am trying to get a status. Both the online chat and AIM are offline . I am very anxious to get started. Thanks for any help you can provide.
