Full Version: AOL filtering for spam

Hi Serge & all,

I received the following rejection email from AOL. I tried to clear it myself using my IP address (I think) but they also rejected that (see second attachment). Is there a way to sort this one out. The emails I'm sending are order confirmations and similar forastronomy telescope accessories, so I'm hardly 'spam' or 'immoral'.

Help!

Ric

We were trying to contacting AOL but there was no any reply.
We're still trying.

I've noticed that every 2-3 weeks I get that same message from AOL. A few days later I can email AOL accounts again. Then the cycle repeats. While we all know that AOL is the worst ISP in the known universe, there's got to be SOMETHING that can be done to let them know that we're not all SPAM artists, yes?

Unless one of our own is spamming.

Hi Serge & the world,

Well, we're still getting rejects from AOL, where our order confirmation reports get rejected as spam.

Please resolve this issue, or I must find another hosting service.
