A suggestion for improving related to windows servers email accounts :

Currently I can't let my customers change their own passwords for email accounts. It all has to go through me. This is impractical, and from a security/quality/privacy point of view I believe that users should be able to change their passwords to what they want without me / and administrator knowing it.

Perhaps it could be added to the WebMail functionality.

Unfortunaly this is true.
You can't allow users to change they passwords.
This feature is not allowed by any mail protocol such SMTP/POP/IMAP, so it is not supported now.
