Hello!
I've noticed over the last week or so that my stats (any of them) aren't showing any visits at all when I know I'm getting them. My father-in-law went just last week and really looked around but when I was working on some updates and went and checked out "latest visitors" and any of the other stats nothing new has shown for quite a while.
In fact, I just went and looked and the stats stopped showing any visitors as of April 23rd. Zeros across the board and yet I know some people have been there because they've talked to me about the site. Plus I was expecting alot more bandwidth to have been used. Help? My site is bpgisme.com.

And by the way, that was great to see the recent upgrading! Very cool! It's great to be getting so much space and bandwidth for just $9.85 a month! You guys are great! smile.gif

Thanks,
Bonnie

I've just updated your stats.
Please check them now.

I just checked but there doesn't seem to be any change, even after I click "update now". I'll give it some time and try again in a little while.

Sorry but you can't do any updates from browser.
This feature disabled for secure purposes.

I had the same problem and took me three days to find out why. Seems that they changed me to another server/dns. Check to see if your data has been moved to another server.

From Hostony to me:

"As for the moment we got a nice deal from Atlanta Internap datacenter
and started to deploy our new servers there. Our current new platforms
are Dual Xeon 2.4 and Quad Xeon 2.0 Ghz.
We've just moved al accaunts on our server from 209.152.172.192 to 67.15.42.48
Lately the server was very unstable and there is unacceptable to
continue use this server for shared hosting. It is not a software - it's a
hardware issue. So that there are no possibilities to fix it.

Process was smoothy and you should experience no downtime. We
copied all your files and databases to a new server. If you use ip to access
to your account you should change it to 67.15.42.48. Servers will both work
some time to prevent data loss.

Dual Xeon 2.4 ghz
1024 Mb DDR Ram
2 x 78 Gb HDD SCSI

Ip address of new server is: 67.15.42.48

You can log into WHM on the new server via http://67.15.42.48:2086/
and to cpanel via http://67.15.42.48:2082.

Also if you want to have secure connection use:
https://67.15.42.48:2087/ for WHM
and https://67.15.42.48:2083/ for Cpanel.

You can log in any domain control panel with old username and
password. They did not change during the transfer. Also all your mail,
ftp accounts and databases are stored.

You have to point your site to a new server if you have your own DNSs. You
should change ip from
old to a 67.15.42.48. If can't do it manually, we'll help to do it.
Notify us about that and we'll synchronize your data. To prevent any
misunderstandings please inform us by ICQ (122590581) or AIM (Need4Support).
Both servers will live together during a week. And after that an old
server'll stop working."

Yeah, sure enough it still isn't updating. And my account on cPanel still shows no bandwidth usage this month and on the stat stuff it shows nothing for the last ten days or so of last month. My daughter went to my site on her computer today and it isn't showing. My brother says he went last night. Doesn't show that either. sad.gif It does show that I used more space though. I uploaded another 50mb or so of various stuff and that shows up in "disk usage". cPanel shows 0.0mb of bandwidth has been used. That doesn't seem right, does it? Of course, I could be wrong. Maybe my site IS that boring! smile.gif

Thanks for the replies and tries so far.

check your stats now please
bpgisme
I just checked. Still no change at cPanel or any of the stats pages. Still says 0.0 bandwidth used on cPanel and nothing for "latest visitors" or Awstats or any of them.

Sorry to be a bother, folks.

I see following results on your control panel:

Last visit: 03 May 2004 - 08:44
Bandwidth usage (current month): 121.39 Megabytes
I also see my own IP on visitors IP list.

Are this results valid?

Geez. How come I'm not seeing them? It there some setting I need to change or something? It still reads 0.0 on bandwidth for me on my cPanel. What about what that other post said? Is it just not showing because it's monitoring the wrong thing or something? This is where I'm logging in:
https://209.152.172.192:2083/frontend/x/index.html
Is this right?

Sorry again guys. I can build websites but I'm not too good at stuff like this.

I guess I better go get a ticket.
Darn. I'd hoped it was something super simple.
(Not that it isn't, it's just I can't wrap MY poor dumb head around it. ) tongue.gif

Thanks!
