Hi! Just had my account changed from Shared Gold to Starter Reseller.

But, when creating new hosting packages through WHM, no matter if I add unlimited (standard) or 999 features to a package (emails, sql dbs etc) it shows up as 0 when testing the packages through cPanel not letting me create new emails, ftp accounts etc. Any idea why? Was just testing it out..

You can't add unlimited features in your packages.
Put, for example 9999 email accounts, etc

That is what I'm saying.. I added 999... but when re-editing the package to check it had changed back to 0. And when using the package cPanel also display 0 / 0 emails etc. Why doesn't it aprove 999? It doesnt aprove no number at all.

Please open a trouble ticket and notify WHM link, login name and password
