Just thought I'd make an effort to congratulate Hostony on their excellent support. I am a customer from Australia, and run a web development and hosting company, and so most of the time my support requests are fairly urgent and probably come in at ungodly hours, but I always get a prompt and very polite response, no matter how many times I harrass them.
