If you set up mysite.net as your incoming/outgoing mail serverand did this after creation of your account (and you also aren't able to reach your domain name in browser) that mean that your domain name is not propagated yet.
If you can reach your domain name via browser please submit a ticket at
http://support.hostony.com with your Outlook settings (SMTP/POP3 servers, mailbox name, password, etc). We will check.
